exercises

Breathing

1) take a deep breath in for 5 seconds2) hold for 3 seconds3) exhale for 5 secondsrepeat 3 times

Touch1) Find something around you that you can hold, feel it around a bit2) begin breathing exercises while holding that object3) look around and spot 5 different objects4) say their names out loudrepeat step 2-4 until you calm down

Moving Around1) stand up and just start moving your toes and fingers2) after a while start to move your feet and wrists3) continue to keep going up your arms, legs, and head until you start moving your entire bodybasically becoming a human blow up wiggle manreverse steps and lay down to relax
